1. Refund Eligibility:

• We generally don't offer refunds for the Alumni membership service purchased directly through our website- "secalumni.co.in.", however, we may issue Refund for the event participation service in rare cases. You may write to us at alumni@seemantaengg.ac.in requesting for refund
• Refunds may be requested within 2 days from the date of purchase.

2. Eligible Refund Reasons:

• Failed Payment Transaction: If the payment(s) made through UPI/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking get failed, then you shall receive your Refund automatically within 72 hours.
• Special Reason: If the payee has any special reason for refund of his/her event participation fees. This is totally an use-case based and the authority have full right to consider it or deny it.

3. How to Request a Refund:

• To request a refund, please contact our team at alumni@seemantaengg.ac.in within the specified refund period.
• Please provide your order number/transaction ID, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence, such as images or videos, along with a proper reason for Refund/Cancellation of the payment.

4. Refund Process:

• Once your refund request is received and validated, we will initiate the refund process.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise specified.
• Refund processing times may vary and are subject to the policies of the payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy:

For services that require ongoing subscriptions or memberships, cancellation requests must be made before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges.
